Day one of the Convenience U show had an exciting end to the day when Premier Ford a guest of the OCSA accompanied by Minister Small Business MPP Prabmeet Sakaria and MPP Stan Cho made a special effort to meet the many retailers of the OCSA for a meet and greet as well as some wonderful photo opportunities for retailers.
Premier Ford quoted on twitter “Had a blast visiting the Ontario Convenience Stores booth and learning more about this fantastic industry. These hard working all stars operate small businesses all over Ontario and are Open For Business.”
It was a pleasure to host the Premier.
The retailers from across Ontario gave the Premier, Minister Sakaria and MPP Stan Cho a warm reception with open arms in appreciation of their continued recognition of our channel and the future opening of the beverage alcohol business in Ontario.
A great way to end day one as we moved into the OCSA’s annual Convenience Store Industry Gala where Rick Rabba -President of Rabba Fine Foods gave a wonderful industry address to over 250 guests.
